FAQ
Q: If things change after I submit my profile, will I have a chance to revise mine?
A:
You will have an opportunity. Simply email the appropriate Northfield or Mt. Hermon editor before we go to final design (~September 2008).
Q: How long can my profile be.
A:
You will have up to a two-page spread in the yearbook. Feel free to wax eloquent with that limit in mind. If you write too much, your submittal will be professionally edited down.
Q: Should I put descriptions on my digital photos?
A:
Please don't. Supply any desired captions in a separate Word file that you send along with your photos.
Q: I have some slides of the school. Should I send those?
A:
If you have quality shots of general interest, we will try to get those scanned for inclusion.
Q: What about Missing or Deceased classmates?
A:
We hope to have a profile of everyone. For missing classmates we will have a profile based on the original yearbook profile. For deceased classmates, we will try to contact relatives or friends for inputs. If you have information or comments you would like to have included for a deceased classmate, contact Len Wurman for Mt. Hermon or Nancy Bissell Goldcamp for Northfield.
Q: If I am submitting my profile on a paper form, what is the best way to prepare that?
A:
Neatly typed would be appreciated, as we may be able to scan it in rather than retyping it. If handwritten, needless to say, please write clearly so that we get it right!
